NOTICE: The rooms at the Conference hotel are sold out but we were able to make arrangements at their sister hotel just a few doors down at Doubletree By Denver Stapleton North, 4040 Quebec Street. For districts that will be using tax exempt status please fill out the Tax Exempt Affidavit form and email them to the hotel as soon as possible to rldv_mod@hilton.com to expedite checkin.

Note:  If paying by credit card and attendee will not have the credit card present at check in, please call the hotel at 303-321-3333 and have the card pre-charged to avoid any challenges at check-in.  The Hotel does not use credit card authorization forms to protect guests, but will take the card number verbally over the phone. Do not email or fax any credit card information.
