Relevant Information

 

We are expecting up to 500 participants!  Exhibits will be open from 7:00am – 3:00 pm each day of the conference.  This year, we will be holding the Conference at the Doubletree Hotel Denver located at 3203 Quebec Street, Denver, Colorado, 80207

 

Your $500 registration fee includes:

 

  • One draped, 6’ table, perfect for Pop-up or table-top displays
  • Continental breakfast for two staff members
  • Lunch for both days for two staff members
  • Your information included in our conference program and on our website

 

Each Exhibitor will be responsible for:

 

  • Any/All hardware/software and accessories needed to show product/services
  • Electrical power requirements
  • Telephone or data services (hotel lobby offers free wireless access)
  • Equipment shipping to and from Conference

 

Other Information:

 

  • Maximum of two (2) staff members per booth.  Additional staff will need to pay $75 for each additional registration
  • One (1) company per booth
  • Attire: business casual

 

Confirmation of booth space and attendance is dependent upon receipt of your registration form and payment.
