The DoubleTree By Hilton Hotel is offering special rates to attendees. Rooms are $129 per night for 2 Beds or 1 King based on single occupancy.

(PLEASE NOTE: Make sure that you select the exact dates that you want to stay at the hotel.). You can also call 303-321-6666 to book your room. Make sure to ask for in-house reservations. Request the Colorado SIS Block to get the group rate. Don't wait get your rooms reserved, this rate is only available until January 13th, 2024, while supplies last!!
For districts that will be using tax exempt status please fill out the 4 Tax Exempt Affidavit forms (forms are listed below) and email them to the hotel as soon as possible to RLDV_Frontdesk@hilton.com to expedite check-in.
Note: If paying by credit card and attendee will not have the credit card present at check in, please call the hotel at 303-321-3333 and have the card pre-charged to avoid any challenges at check-in. The Hotel does not use credit card authorization forms to protect guests, but will take the card number verbally, over the phone. Do not email or fax any credit card information.
